Information We Collect
We may collect account details, profile information, usage data, and technical data such as device type, browser, and IP address. When you use AI image processing, we also process the image you submit and related account or request metadata needed to run the job and settle Credits.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process billing, communicate updates, and prevent abuse. Submitted images and related request metadata are used to perform background removal and settle Credits for successful results.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted processors and partners only as needed to operate the service. For AI background removal, submitted images are sent to our current third-party AI processing provider. Our current processor is Replicate. For API predictions, Replicate says input parameters, outputs/files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For AI background removal, EasePic does not persist the original image in R2; only the transparent PNG result is stored by EasePic for one hour so you can preview and download it. Our current processor is Replicate. For API predictions, Replicate says input parameters, outputs/files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
